When is the turnover?

The first tower is set for turnover in the first quarter of 2024.

How do I reserve a unit?

Please seek assistance from your Property Investment Consultant (PIC) or Broker in complying with our reservation requirements.

1. Proof of Identity – Submit whichever is applicable:

  • For Locally Employed/Self-Employed – two (2) government-issued IDs like Tax Identification Number (TIN), voter’s ID, Driver’s license, PRC license, UMID, etc.
  • For Overseas Filipinos – Passport copy (not expiring within six months upon property reservation) and one Philippine government-issued ID
  • For Foreign Buyers – Passport copy (not expiring within six months upon reservation)

2. Reservation Fee – We accept:

  • Cash/Check/Debit or credit card
  • Bank deposit

3. Closing Kit – Accomplish all documents provided by Cathay Land:

  • Buyer Information Sheet (BIS)
  • Reservation Agreement (RA)
  • Computation Sheet

4. Additional requirements if you are not physically available to sign original reservation documents: 

    • Special Power of Attorney (SPA) Form or Authorization Letter
    • Attorney-In-Fact Information Sheet
    What are the available financing options?

    As of now, we only offer Bank Financing.
